Digital Delivery Policy

Because Author Exec provides digital products, online courses, and services, all items are delivered electronically—nothing is shipped physically.

Digital Products (Templates, Downloads, Shortcuts, Files)

  • Your digital product will be delivered immediately after purchase.

  • Download links, access instructions, or login credentials will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.

  • If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or search for “Author Exec.”

  • All digital products remain accessible as long as the platform hosting them remains active. If you ever lose access, just reach out and we’ll help restore it.

Courses, Workshops, & Programs

  • Access to courses or trainings is provided instantly upon checkout or at the scheduled release date if it’s a preorder.

  • You’ll receive an automated email with login instructions for the course platform.

  • If your purchase includes future updates or added modules, they’ll be delivered automatically through the course portal.

Services (Coaching, Consulting, Implementation)

  • If your purchase includes a scheduled service, you’ll receive a booking link or follow-up email to select your session time.

  • Service-related documents or deliverables (such as workflow setups, templates, or strategy notes) will be delivered electronically via email, Notion, or your chosen platform.

Failed or Missing Delivery

If you do not receive your digital purchase within 15 minutes, please contact us at hello@authorexec.com so we can resend the materials or troubleshoot access.

No Physical Shipping

Author Exec does not ship physical goods. Any references to “shipping,” “returns,” or “delivery times” elsewhere on the website apply only to future physical merchandise (if offered) and do not apply to digital purchases.
