It's a small AI skill you install once in Claude or ChatGPT that reads the accounts and files you've already connected—your own docs, cloud drive, calendar, and the web—and fills your Author Brain template from what's there. Duplicate Author Brain, run the assistant, and your hub comes back populated instead of blank.

What it does:
- Fills your hub for you — pulls your books, ideas, workflows, brand assets, and upcoming meetings from the sources you've connected, so you start full instead of staring at empty databases.
- Only touches what you connect — it reads only the accounts and files you've given it permission to see, and can't reach anything you haven't connected.
- Never overwrites, only adds — safe to run again and again; it keeps what's already there and just fills the gaps.
- Won't guess — anything it can't verify (like an ISBN it can't find) it leaves blank and flags for you, so your hub stays accurate.
- Works even before you connect Notion — no Notion connection yet? It hands you clean, paste-ready blocks for each database, so you still get everything.
- Re-run it anytime — publish a new book or capture new ideas, then say "sweep my Author Brain" and it adds only what's new.
